Ericsson Network Services Connect is a professional application developed by Ericsson aimed at facilitating access to a range of services offered by the Business Area Networks to its clients.

The current version includes the following modules:

• Hardware Services Connect: A comprehensive suite of functionalities designed to provide hardware support services, including:
  • RMA: Hardware reverse logistics enabling users to submit replacement requests for faulty equipment detected on-site;
  • Insights: Detailed historical reports on hardware replacements conducted on-site;
  • Site Analytics: Extensive online reports on the status of site nodes generated upon user request.
• Connected Technician: A set of Ericsson Mobile services intended for onsite use, enhanced by analytics and intelligence. This module allows field technicians to perform complex build and troubleshooting procedures efficiently through a user-friendly interface on handheld devices. It is supported by automation tools such as:
  • Ericsson Workflow Management Tool (EriSite);
  • Ericsson Radio Site Analytics.

This solution offers offline functionality, barcode scanning, location services, and additional features to enhance operational efficiency. It is designed for use by Ericsson employees, authorized third parties, and customers.

Access to the application is restricted to authorized users with Ericsson accounts who are enrolled in Ericsson's strong authentication system.
